Tarragon Lemon Pepper Baked Flounder

I think this is one of the most prettiest dishes I have ever made! And it tasted so good too!

I made a butter, lemon, fresh tarragon sauce, and a lemon parsley tarragon butter rice. And then for the mushrooms can you guess what I flavored those with? You got it! Butter, & Tarragon Vinegar!

The flounder was so moist. I’m not usually a seafood eater, but I have my moments. And flounder is my favorite.

Thank you to all the bloggers who inspired me! I searched the other day for baked fish recipes, and this was my take on all that inspiration goodness!
